This is the third card we made at our monthly Club Meeting last week. It is a technique I saw by Michelle Zindorf on Pinterest. You just take a So Saffron Ink pad and swiped it across the top of a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then you take a Pool Party Ink Pad and swipe it along the bottom of the cardstock. Then I sponged some Marina Mist to make the hill in the background and some Old Olive to make the grass at the bottom. The background takes about 2 minutes to make but I think it is so soft and beautiful.
The stamp set I used is a new one from the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. It is called World of Dreams and makes beautiful silhouettes.
Beautiful card Susan!

This is beautiful, Susan!! Did you use one of the firm foam pads? Will this work with the old ones?

Thanks Buffy. Yes, we used the firm foam pads. I don’t know if it will work with the older ones. I don’t have any of them left to try it. We did have to re-ink the pads a few times for everyone to make it. It works better if you hold the pad at an angle and not flat against the paper. If you do it flat, the paper just sticks to the ink pad.
