TGIF and we have another fun Stamp Off Challenge. Jackie got very creative a little while ago and came up with some awesome challenges. This week it is called Party Animal.
Now, I am not quite sure what it means exactly. It could be make a celebration card or it could mean make a card with an animal in it. I decided to do both!
I decided to make a birthday card with an animal on it. At the same time, I made it a fun fold slider card. When you pull the piece with the ribbon on it, the middle slides up and you see a surprise message. This is what the card looks like completely open.
This picture shows how the Flamingo and leaves pop up when you open it.
I used two stamp sets to make this card. The flamingo and leaves are from Pop Of Paradise. Now really. Who doesn’t like a Flamingo? One of the new InColors is called Flirty Flamingo, so of course, I had to use that color. The sentiments are from the stamp set called Confetti Celebration.

That flamingo always looks like a “party animal.” It always looks like it has a secret that it’s not telling. Great card, Susan! I love the design. (And we were both wrong about the llama. I thought Jackie would use it for sure.)

This card is so stinkin’ cute!! (that’s a good cute, by the way!). I still haven’t bought that flamingo – but you’re wearing me down. I love this pop up slider; it’s now on my ever-growing list of fun folds to try 🙂
