Heartfelt Blooms is a stamp set in the 2018 Sale-a-bration Catalog that you can get for FREE with a qualifying purchase.  This stamp set uses a patent pending new stamp in the DisINKtive line that Stampin’ Up! is introducing.  The stamps lay down ink at different opacities giving the images more depth.  When using this stamp you need to ink it lightly for a better finish.  I am looking forward to seeing other stamps using this amazing technique.
