My granddaughter, Madelyn, is two years old and goes to a pre-school/daycare that is awesome. It is attached to a nursing home so the children and the elderly adults get together every now and then. The adults love the interaction with the kids and the kids learn to interact with elderly people. It is a win-win situation.
Tara, Madelyn’s Mom, asked me to make her some Valentines to share with her classmates. I decided to use the Sale-a-bration stamp set called Party Pandas. This is one of the sets you can get for free with a qualifying order and is perfect for a two year old. I also used the new Whisper White Narrow Note Cards & Envelopes. These cards are 2.5″ x 4.5″ which is the perfect size for Valentines. They are in the 2018 Occasions Catalog. You get 20 cards and envelopes in the pack for $8.00.
The “Be Mine” sentiment is from the stamp set called Blooming’ Love. I first stamped it on Pink Pirouette cardstock and then cut them out using the Sweet & Sassy Framelits. I love that there are two different shaped hearts in this set that are meant to layer with each other. I put the hearts over the balloon that comes with the Panda stamp using a Dimensional.

Love those Party Pandas – perfect for a class of 2 year olds! I bet the seniors would love getting them, too 🙂 I think that’s a great idea to have the 2 groups get together; a real win-win

It is a great thing for both the young children and the adults. Halloween was a lot of fun. The elderly people had pumpkins filled with candy and the kids went up and down the line trick or treating. Madelyn had a ball.
