Balloon Celebration Dandelion

How many of you have the stamp set called Balloon Celebration?  This set has been around for a while so I am sure there are a lot of you out there.  Did you ever notice that there were two little flowers included in this set?  You may have wondered what are for.  Well, you can make a dandelion out of them!  I do have a do a disclaimer here.  I saw a card that looked totally different than mine but used the dandelion on it so it is not my original idea.  I don’t know who came up with it but I thought it was adorable and decided to CASE (copy and share everything) it.  CASEing is ok in the stamp world.  It is even encouraged.  You just need to give credit where credit is due is you know where it came from.

The sentiment on this card is from one of the new stamp sets that you can earn for free with a qualifying order.  It is called Eclectic Expressions and became available on February 16th.  The rest of the set looks like this:

  1. Oh wow. Like many others who have this set I’ve just had a ‘oh yes I see’ moment. I have used the little flower stamps as a background. I will be trying this idea though now. Thanks for inspiring. Take care.

  2. That little dandelion fluff is my favourite part of this set, Susan! I’ve used it with the retired ‘make a wish’ sentiment 🙂 Very cute card – I like how you put the dandelion inside the cut out.
