Earlier this week I told you about attending OnStage. We had such a blast! One of the best things (among many) is that we get free merchandise and sneak peeks into the new Annual Catalog. One of the sets we all received was Animal Outing. It is an adorable stamp set that has this giraffe, a rhinosehraus and a kangaroo with a koala bear in her pocket. This set has matching dies called Animal Friends which I can not wait to get once the catalog goes live on June 1st!
To make this card I used a technique called Reverse Stamping. The set only came with one giraffe facing one way. In order to make the other giraffe, I stamped on a piece of Window Sheet using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then pressed that to the cardstock. It comes out in the opposite direction. Then I colored everything using my Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.
If you are interested in joining me at the next OnStage in Orlando Florida, click on the Join Now button to the right of this post! Only Demonstrators can attend these awesome events! It will be the 30th Anniversary of Stampin’ Up! so I am sure it will be amazing!

This is an awesome idea, and the card is adorable. I love, love, LOVE the giraffes “chatting” and lunching together.

Terrific card – I like how you created the second giraffe, so the first one has a friend to chat with 🙂
