Hello Friend is a stamp set that has everything I love in it. I bet you can guess why! Yes, it has a wreath and it has a large sentiment. Those are two of my favorite things (as I am sure you have heard many, many times in the past). I am sad that this set will not be returning in the 2018/2019 Annual Catalog. I am not sure who makes these decisions but I may have to have a little chat with them.
To make this card I first stamped the wreath in Wild Wasabi. This color is retiring on May 31st. I then stamped the flowers and the friend sentiment in Berry Burst (an InColor so it is sticking around for one more year). I stamped the “hello” in Berry Burst and then cut it out and attached it to the card using Dimensionals. Lastly I wrapped a piece of Linen Thread around it and put it all together.
