Hand Delivered By Mail

I received this awesome card in the mail from Buffy the other day.  It uses a Hostess Set that is going to be in the 2018/2019 Catalog called Hand Delivered.  This stamp set is one of the sets we could order at OnStage.

Honestly, when I first saw this set I could not figure out why Stampin’ Up! would include a stamp set that only had the bottom half of a woman.  Of course, I came up with all sorts of crazy ideas which I will not mention here.  I even made Buffy a card using one of those crazy ideas.  Again, I will not show it here.  It was crazy.  In exchange for this she made me a card using the stamp set in the proper way.  Now I understand and think it is adorable!  You will be able to get this stamp set with a qualifying order beginning in June.

Last weekend we went to Florida for my youngest son’s wedding (Zachary).  It was a beautiful wedding with beautiful weather on a beautiful beach in Santa Rosa Beach.  The water looked like water in the Caribbean.  It was turquoise and just gorgeous ~ a perfect backdrop for a wedding.

Thursday night we all arrived at various times and met for dinner at a fun local restaurant.  Friday morning the ladies went to get manicures and pedicures and the men played golf.  The wedding was Friday night right before sunset.  Then on Saturday we all met at the pool for some fun and lunch and Saturday night was tacos and marguerites on the beach again.  It was Cinco De Mayo.

Here are some beautiful pictures of the bride and groom on the beach.

  1. I’m laughing my head off, imagining different scenarios of why the woman has no head!! (you HAVE to email me a picture of the card you made for Buffy!!). I think this set is super cute – the card is great. Many congratulations to Zachary and his bride – what a lovely place for a wedding 🙂
