Awesomely Artistic is another stamp set that will be retiring in a couple of days. It is a stamp set that can be used for vintage cards or CAS (clean and simple) cards that I usually make. I think this card is a cross between the two styles. My friend, Buffy would say no way is this a vintage card. You need to rip it and splatter it and scrunch it all in a ball before adhering it to your worn and tattered card base. That would give me hives but I can call it a little vintage because the frame around the sentiment is fuzzy and not bold and crisp.
To make this card I first stamped the flowers in Wisteria Wonder (a color that is retiring). Then I stamped the dragonflies in Pool Party and cut them out. Lastly I stamped the band in Pool Party and the frame and sentiment in Wisteria Wonder.
Don’t forget that today is the last day you can order retiring products. The new catalog starts tomorrow!

Here are a couple of past cards I made using this stamp set (if you look closely at the last one you will even see splatters. Buffy was so proud):
You are hilarious! I love this card. The colors are so soft and pretty.
