This is one of the cards we made at our monthly stamp club meeting. This month I did a theme of glimmer and sparkle cards so the next two cards you see from the meeting will have something shiny or glittery on it.
We used the limited time only stamp set called Snow Is Glistening and the matching dies called Snowfall Thinlits. These products are gorgeous! The snow flakes are the prettiest I have seen in any stamp or die set. There is also another stamp set called Happiness Surrounds and some Snowflake Trinkets available. Unfortunately, the White Velvet Paper has sold out. Remember, all these products are available until November 30th or until they are gone (whichever comes first).
To make this card I put a couple of drops of Balmy Blue Ink into an aluminum pie pan (you can use anything) and then put a couple of drops of the Frost White Shimmer Paint. I mixed them up just a bit and then took a paint brush and painted it onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock. After it dried, I stamped the snowflake and sentiment with Night of Navy Ink. I cut three snowflakes out of Silver Foil Paper and adhered them using the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets. If you have not tried these, you must! They work great with detailed dies.
Don’r forget these products are only available while supplies last. Don’t miss out!

Oh wow – I love that background, Susan! I totally forgot about the Shimmer Paint I ‘had to have’ LOL. I’m going to try this out, for sure.
