This is the third card we made at our monthly club meeting in December. It uses products from the Tropical Escape Suite that is in the 2018/2019 Annual Stampin’ Up!® Catalog. I love how Stampin’ Up! puts matching products together making it easier to buy things that match.
The stamp set called Tropical Chic and it has matching dies called Tropical Thinlits. You can save 10% by purchasing them in a Bundle. There is also Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper, ribbon, cardstock and embellishments in this Suite. I do have to say that the 1/2″ Textured Weave Ribbon is beautiful (even though we didn’t use it on this card).
To make this card I first cut out the leaf square in Whisper White cardstock and backed it with a piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock. Then I stamped the flower in Poppy Parade and cut that our using the matching die. The Granny Apple Green Leaf is also a die.
I haven’t shown you pictures of my grandchildren lately so I am sharing here.
Madelyn had a Christmas concert at school. All the children wore this shirt. They did a great job singing.
Here is Emy in her Christmas outfit. I think this is what she wore when they went to pick out their Christmas tree.
I think Nolan had a great time in the bubbles!
Lovely simple card. Clean and beautiful. And those grandkids!!! You must be so in love with those little people

Terrific card – love the bright green! But those grands of yours – ♥! They’re all growing up so fast. I’m glad you get to spend lots of time with them 🙂
Beautiful card. I love the clean lines and the Granny Apple Green behind the die-cut. Your grands are so adorable. What cuties! (I have to admit I’m a little jealous.)
