Birthday Cheer is a fun stamp set that is in the 2019 Stampin’ Up!® Occasions Catalog.  It has a matching set of dies that are amazing (even though I did not use them on this particular card). This set has everything you need to make some cute birthday cards including some sentiments with a fun font.  Of course, If you have been following my blog at all you have probably noticed that I purchases most everything in this catalog.  I love it all!

To make this card, I first stamped the present in Bermuda Bay Ink and fussy cut it out (fussy cut means cut by hand in case you didn’t know).  Then I colored it using the Highland Heather, Pool Party and a Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.  I cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock out of one of the circles in the Stitched Shapes Framelits dies.  I popped up the present using some Dimensionals and then attached this to a circle I had cut out of Gorgeous Grape cardstock using the Layering Circle Dies.  I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink and then cut it out using a Rectangle Stitched Die.  This cut out was not quite long enough to go across the card, so I cut it in half and adhered half of it to one side of the card and the other half to the other side and adhered the present over it so you could not tell.  I used the 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper in Gorgeous Grape.
