Have you ever seen any of the Stampin’ Up!® Memories & More Card Packs? If not, you should. They are great for card making or scrapbooking. I love them because they are a quick and easy way to make a card for anyone. They include two different sized cards that are printed with a different design on both sides. These packs also come with stickers. The best part is they coordinate with some suites that are in the catalog.
I made this card using the Come Sail Away Memories & More Card Packs. This pack coordinates with the Sailing Home stamp set and matching dies. To make this card I just stamped the anchor in Night of Navy ink onto one of the cards in this pack and put the “celebrate” sticker along the bottom. I adhered that to a piece of Night Of Navy cardstock and a Soft Suede card base. It was easy as pie! As a side note, I don’t know where “easy as pie” comes from because it is certainly not easy to make! Maybe the saying should say “easy as eating pie” because that is easy to do!
In other news, I am a grandmother for the fourth time. Olivia Grace was born on June 2nd. She was 6 lbs 15 oz, 19.5″ long and beautiful!
This is definitely a “wow” card, Susan, even though it may be “easy as pie!” Love those M&M cards. (I also agree with you about the “easy as eating pie” comment.) About that granddaughter – Another beauty! She is perfect. Oncgratulations!
Well – that should be “congratulations!” (But you probably knew that.) My fingers are still asleep.
I love the striking simplicity of this card. Really wonderful Susan
I’m going straight to the important part of this post – Olivia Grace is beautiful!! Congratulations again, Susan! 🙂 Okay – now to the 2nd most important – your card is fabulous. And I’d rather eat pie, than make it!
