Hello everyone.  It is time for a new Stamp Off challenge with Jackie, Buffy and me.  This time we are doing a new challenge for us.  It is called CASE The Catalog.  Jackie picked out a card from the 2020/2021 Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog that we have to CASE (copy and share everything).  We could copy the colors, sketch, stamp set or whatever we want.  The card we cased is on page 82 and is part of the Peony Garden Suite.

I decided to use the sketch of this card to make mine.

To make this card I first die cut all the Poinsettias with Whisper White cardstock.  There are four different sizes of these dies and two dies for each size.  They are super easy to cut out because one die cuts the outside and one die embosses the middle and you can do them at the same time.  I adhered them together using Multipurpose Glue.

Then I cut a piece of the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper that is in the August – December 2020 Mini Catalog and lined each side with a piece of Gold Foil Paper.  I cut out the little berries in Real Red cardstock and Gold Foil Paper.  I stamped the sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink and layered everything together.  Then I noticed that the catalog picture used some Epoxy Droplets so I added sequins from the Sequins For Everything pack.  As a side note, these sequins come in a plastic box that is divided in 4 sections.  The first time I opened them I spilled sequins everywhere so I ended up putting them in little plastic sealable bags by color.  It is a much easier way to handle to so many sequins.  They come in all different colors and all different shapes.

Now let’s go see what Buffy and Jackie made.  I always love this part of our challenges!  By the way, be sure to say Happy Birthday to Buffy today!
