Stitched Leaves is a Stampin’ Up!® die set that is in the 2020 August – December Catalog (also known as the Holiday Catalog).  I would label this set a two-step die set (even though there is officially no such thing).  I would call it this because it takes two dies to make one die cut.  One die cuts the outside of the leaves and another cuts the stitches on the inside.  You can even do this at the same time so you don’t have to run the cardstock through your Cut & Emboss machine twice.  This set also includes a die that cuts those stitches along the bottom of my card.  I love it when Stampin’ Up!® includes extra dies in their sets.

To make this card I first cut out all the leaves using two dies in Crushed Curry, Garden Green, Real Red, Cajun Craze and Pumpkin Pie.  Then I cut out the vertical stitches in a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and layered everything together.

The sentiment is from the stamp set called Beautiful Autumn.  I just used a left over piece of cardstock I had after cutting the piece of Very Vanilla cardstock I used.

On a side note, we made it to Tennessee just fine.  I had to drive one car and Rob drove his truck.  The most I have ever driven alone is 6 hours so this 14 hour trip was a little difficult.  Thankfully we did 10 hours the first day and 4 the next.  I have to say there is a lot more traffic here in Nashville than there was in Northern New York.  That will take a little getting used to.
