Beautiful Autumn

On Monday I showed you a card I made using the Flower For Every Season Designer Series Paper and some Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon.  I decided to make another card using those products again just to show you how different each card is even though they use the same products.  The colors are different and the designs are different but they are still from the same pack of DSP.  That is what I love about Stampin’ Up!® .  They offer so many different products that coordinate, yet look completely different.

To make this card I first took a 4″ x 5.25″ of Whisper White cardstock and embossed it with my Cut & Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder.  I adhered that to a Magenta Madness card base.   I cut a piece of the DSP to 3.75″ x 3″ and then cut it into five strips that are each .75″ wide.  I adhered these strips in the order I cut them onto a 4.5″ x 3.25″ piece of Magenta Madness cardstock.  I tied a piece of the Daffodil Delight 1/4″ Ruched Ribbon around that.

The sentiment is from the stamp set called Beautiful Autumn.  This set retires on January 4th so if you want it you will need to buy it by the 3rd.  It has some coordinating punches called Autumn Punch Pack and you can save 10% by purchasing them in a Bundle.  The entire bundle will be retiring.  I love the font on this set so you just might see it on my blog in the future but you won’t be able to buy it if you wait.

I think this card took less than 10 minutes to make and probably would have been even quicker if I didn’t have to design it in my head first.
