Stampin Up Sweet Strawberry

After a long hiatus, the Stampin’ Up!® Sweet Strawberry Bundle is back in stock.  It was so popular, it sold out quickly and due to COVID, it was unorderable for a long time.  I am so excited it is finally back because I love this bundle. The Sweet Strawberry Bundle includes the stamp set of the same name and the Strawberry Builder Punch.  If you purchase both in the bundle, you can save 10%!

The stamps in this set are two step stamps which means it takes two or more stamps to make one image.  The strawberries actually take three stamps – the outline, the inside and the little strawberry dots (or whatever they are called).  I did not use the outline stamp on my strawberries on this card.  I first stamped the strawberries in Poppy Parade ink and then stamped the dots in Soft Suede. Then I punched them out using the Strawberry Builder Punch.  I stamped the leaves in Granny Apple Green ink and the flowers in Fresh Freesia and punched them out using the same punch.  The punch actually cuts out four separate images.  I stamped the outline of the background leaves on a piece of Basic White card stock and then layered everything on top.  I used one of the Basic Border Dies to cut the stitched zigzag design.  Then I layered this on a piece of Fresh Freesia card stock.  The sentiment is from the stamp set called In Bloom.

  1. Susan, you are really rocking those basic border dies! This is so clean and beautiful. Love the leaves stamped in the background!

  2. Susan, this is gorgeous! I love your colors (of course. Anything with Poppy Parade and/or Fresh Freesia is a favorite – and when you add in Granny Apple Green, it heads to the top of my favorite list!). Oh – I think the little dots on the outside of a strawberry are seeds. (Farmer’s daughter here.)
