Gorgeous Leaves

Stampin Up Gorgeous Leaves

Gorgeous Leaves are just that!  Gorgeous!  It is one of the new stamp sets that are in the Stampin’ Up!® 2021 July – August Mini Catalog.  It has a coordinating set of dies called Intricate Leaves which cut out the stamped leaves as well as some outline leaves.  The stamp set has leaves that are splattered as well as separate splatter stamps so you can add some fun background to your cards.

To make this card I first stamped the two leaves in Merry Merlot and Night Of Navy ink.  Then I cut out the Gold Foil Leaf.  I put some Merry Merlot splatters on a piece of Basic White card stock and layered the leaves on top.  I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set called Create With Friends in Night Of Navy ink and then stamped the word “you” in Versamark and heat embossed it using Gold Embossing Powder.

Today is my birthday.  It is a BIG one, although you don’t really need to know how big that number is!  So, in honor of my birthday, I am offering 10% Off on all orders over $50 if you use the Host Code VMJYKYCW.  Just click on the Host Code box below and it will automatically enter the code for you.   If your order is larger than $150 DO NOT use the Host Code so you can get the host benefits yourself but I will still give you the discount. You can order online and I will rebate you the discount by PayPal or I can send you a check in the mail.  This offer is good until 11:59 PM Sunday, August 29, 2021.

  1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I hope it’s awesome. Maybe go sailing without swimming? 😉 Your card is gorgeous! I love the colors you used. I always forget about Merry Merlot, but it’s a perfect fall red. I was just looking at these stamps yesterday thinking, “Hmmmmm. What do I do with these?” Your inspiration is perfect!
