Sending Smiles is one of my favorite stamp sets in the 2022/2023 Annual Catalog.  One of the things I love is all the wonderful sentiments it has.  These sentiments cover almost any occasion you would need – birthday, hello, thanks, sympathy, good luck and more.  I also love the two “sending dies” it has.  One cuts out the word and the other cuts out the background.  Plus, the flowers included in this set are big and bold which you all know I love.  To top it all off, the die set includes two tags that can be used to cut out all the words.

To make this card I first stamped all the flowers and leaves in Gorgeous Grape, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive.  Then I cut them out using the coordinating Sending Dies.  I cut out the background of the word “Sending” in Gorgeous Grape and the word, itself in Highland Heather card stock.  I stamped the sentiment in Gorgeous Grape ink and cut it out using one of the dies in this set.  I layered everything on a Gorgeous Grape card base with a strip of Highland Heather set a little off center.  I used Dimensionals for the flower heads.
