We arrived home from our travels on Monday. We were in Florida for four weeks(as you know) and then went to Alabama to celebrate my granddaughter, Emory’s sixth birthday. It is hard to believe she is six already! These grands of mine (there are six in all) are just growing up too quickly.
Art Gallery is still one of my favorite flower stamps that Stampin’ Up! offers. It has beautiful flowers, leaves and great sentiments you can use to make a card for any occasion. It is a two-step stamp set, meaning it takes two or more stamps to make one image. It also has a set of coordinating dies called Floral Gallery that cut out the images as well as two dies that cut out all the sentiments.
To make this card I first cut a 4″ x 5.25″ piece of Hues Of Happiness Designer Series Paper and layered it on a Blushing Bride card base. Next, I cut out the rectangle in Basic White card stock using the Deckled Rectangle Dies and adhered that to the card. I stamped the large flower from the Art Gallery stamp set in Blushing Bride using both of the two-step stamps. The second stamp just made the color a little darker. I stamped the smaller flowers in Polished Pink ink and the leaves in Shaded Spruce. I cut them all out using the coordinating dies. I adhered the larger flower to the card using Multipurpose Glue and the smaller flowers using Dimensionals. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment in Polished Pink ink and cut it out.
Here is a photo of Emory on her birthday. She is 6 going on 26!

Your card is so beautiful! This is one of my favorites too, although I don’t use it enough. I cannot believe Emory is six already – and she is GORGEOUS! Glad you’re home safely. I know you had a wonderful time.
