A Stamp Off Fun Fold Card Challenge

Stamp Off Logo Clean

Today’s Friday Stamp Off Challenge is to make a Fun Fold Card.  We made this card at our monthly club meeting.  It wasn’t hard to do but I am sure would delight anyone who received it.

Party Wishes, Fun Fold

The front of the card looks like a normal card.  I used the stamp set called Party Wishes that is in the 2016 Occasions Catalog.  This stamp set has a matching set of three punches called Party Punch Pack and you can save 15% buy purchasing them in a Bundle.  The punches are adorable.  There is a little cupcake, candle and balloon included in the pack.  This set and the punches are not being carried over into the new catalog so if you like it, buy it before it retires.

Here is the card open:

Party Wishes, Fun Fold

It pulls up which is a little different than some Fun Fold Cards.  The front and the back of the card are 4.25 x 5.5 inches.  The Whisper White center is a piece that is 3 3/4″ x 11″.  Score that at 4.5″ and 9″.

Now go check out what Jackie and Buffy made.  I am sure you will be delighted!

Pedal Pusher Sale-a-bration

Pedal Pusher, Sale-a-bration

This is the second card we made at our monthly stamp club meeting.  It uses one of the sets from the 2016 Sale-a-bration catalog called Pedal Pusher.  You can get this set for FREE with a $50 order from Stampin’ Up!  It is one of the sets they introduced on February 16th to replace a couple that retired.  It is an adorable set.  It has the bicycle stamp along with a basket to put on the front, a flag for the back and all sorts of things to put in the basket.  I decided to use the tiny balloon stamp from the set called Party Wishes which is in the 2016 Occasions Catalog.  There are three tiny punches that go with this set called Party Punch Pack and you can save 15% by buying both in a Bundle.  We colored the bicycle using Blender Pens and ink pads.  You just squeeze the ink pad while closed which puts some ink into the top.  Then dip your Blender Pen into that ink and color.  It is very easy to do.

Amazing Birthday

Amazing Birthday

Today is my older youngest sister’s birthday.  Now, of course you probably have no idea what I mean by that.  Let’s just say, I may be the youngest sister but at times I am considered the oldest.  It’s a family thing.  Just take my word for it.  In any case, today is her birthday.  She is 64.  Whoa!  How can I have a sister who is 64 when I am 36?  Well, either she is not that old or I am lying.

In any case, I made this card using a couple of stamp sets.  One is called Amazing Birthday and is in the Annual Catalog.  The candles come from a new set in the Occasions Catalog called Party Wishes.  Party Wishes has some matching punches called Party Punch Pack.  They are these itty bitty punches that are so cute.  There is a balloon punch, a candle punch and a cupcake punch.  As you can see, I used the candle punch with this card.

Happy Birthday, Katherine!  I hope you day is awesome!

Party Wishes

Party Wishes, Party Punch Pack

I have waited a long time for Stampin’ Up to come up with a balloon punch and they have finally done it!  Actually, they have two balloon punches in the 2016 Occasions Catalog.  The balloon punch I used here is part of a three pack and is called Party Punch Pack.  It has a little balloon punch, a candle punch and a cupcake punch.  This set of three punches goes with the stamp set called Party Wishes.  You can buy both in a bundle and save 15%.  Actually the entire Suite has so much fun in it.  Not only does it have this stamp set and pack of punches, it also has some cute Designer Series Paper and the Confetti Textured Impression Embossing Folder.  It is all adorable!

If you buy the Bundle, the Embossing Folder, and Designer Series Paper, you will be eligible to pick something from the 2016 Sale-a-bration catalog!  How awesome is that!?!

Sale-A-Bration Flowering Fields

Flowering Fields, Party Wishes, Sale-a-bration

It is Sale-a-bration time at Stampin’ Up!  This is the most exciting time of year because you can get free product with a $50 qualifying purchase.  Order $100 worth of product and pick out two items!  You can also get an extra $25 in Hostess Benefits with a $250 workshop (or personal order) and you can join my Stampin Up! family and get a $155 worth of product for $99 (that is $30 more than you would usually get)!!  To see what you can earn, click on the Sale-A-Bration Catalog in the column on the right.

I made this card using on of the stamp sets you can get for free with a qualifying order called Flowering Fields.  This set has 7 different rubber stamps and you can choose if you want them mounted on wood blocks or clear mount stamps.  Believe it or not, the vase was made using a new stamp set from the Occasions Catalog called Party Wishes.  If you look closely it is the cake stamp turned upside down!  That is the great thing about stamping.  You can use certain stamps in many ways!
