Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper

Stampin’ Up! has some awesome Designer Series Paper.  In case you don’t know what that  means, Designer Series Paper (or DSP) comes in 12″ x 12″ sheets or 6″ x 6″ sheets depending on the packets.  It is a lighter weight, double sided paper with a different pattern on each side.  If you look in the Annual Catalog you can see all the different DSP they offer.

The thing is, it is sometimes hard to see the different patterns from looking at the pictures in the catalogs so Stampin’ Up! made a video showing you each one.

Now, I just have to make myself use this paper.  It is beautiful so hard to cut into that first piece!

Birthday Cards With Shannon

Shannon is an employee of Stampin’ Up!.  She does a lot of videos for them as well as presentations at the various OnStage events.  She is also the one who started the #I’mbringingbirthdaysback craze last year.  She has sent out a couple thousand birthday cards to various people all over the world.  I even got one!

Below is a video that Shannon made showing how you can take a stamp set from the catalog that might not catch your eye because of the colors.  This is a perfect video for those of you that like softer colors or more mature cards than they sometimes show in the catalog.  It is just a matter of seeing thing through your own eyes and not mine or Stampin’ Up!

So you thought you wouldn’t like Balloon Adventures because you are not into bright colors.  Try it is softer colors like Shannon.  It might totally change your mind about that set or any other.

Stampin’ Up! Videos

Here are some fun videos showing a couple of different products that Stampin’ Up! offers.

The first one is showing how to use the Festive Flower Punch to make beautiful flowers.  It is so much easier than it looks and you end up with beautiful 3D flowers.

This next video shows you the beautiful Designer Series Paper that is in the 2015 Holiday Catalog and how Stampin’ Up! comes up with the designs for this paper.

Fast Fuse

Stampin’ Up! offers a new adhesive called Fast Fuse.  It is a very strong adhesive and works really well at holding things together, especially those adorable 3D projects.  The problem with Fast Fuse is there is a trick to it and if you don’t know the trick, you might end up disliking the product. Once I learned how to use the Fast Fuse, I now use it for all my 3D projects or anything else that needs a stronger adhesive then Snail.

Stampin’ Up! has made this awesome video showing how to use Fast Fuse and what to do if you lose the line of adhesive inside the applicator.  Once you see how easy it is, I am sure you will love it too.  You have to buy the tape runner first (#129026) and then you can just buy refills (129027).
