Stampin Up! now has a copy of new Photopolymer Stamps Sets available for purchase.  The are called Countless Sayings 1 and Countless Sayings 2.  Both has great fonts and would be perfect for making Valentine’s Day cards.  Stampin Up! makes a very high quality Photopolymer Stamp.  They won’t crack or turn yellow as so many do.  Remember, Photopolymer Stamps are only available while supplies last so if you like this set, don’t wait to order it.

Another Thank You Club Card

>20130903-151326.jpg

This is one of the cards we made at our September Club Meeting. I wanted to show the ladies a few new items such as Photopolymer Stamps and how to emboss using Framelits. Somehow I managed to get both into one card without it looking too crazy.

The Photopolymer Stamp Set is called Another Thank You. It has a ton of different sized and different fonts of the words thank you as well as a few smaller shapes such as the heart that is in the middle of the “O”. This is my favorite of ll the Photopolymer Stamp Sets because the stamps are larger and there is such a great assortment.

To emboss using a Framelits (we used the Deco Labels Framelits) all you need to do is turn the Framelit over so that the sharp side is against the plate and not the paper. I added a shim and ran it through my Big Shop.

The Designer Series Paper I used is called Quatrefancy.

Another Thank You Photopolymer Set

Another Thank You

Stampin Up has launched another new Photopolymer Stamp Set called Another Thank You.  This is one of my favorite Photopolymer Sets because it has larger stamps.  The set includes 10 different stamps all for just $13.95.  If you like clear stamps, then these are top of the line.  They stick super well to the block and because they are clear, you can see exactly where you are stamping.  There is no need for a Stamp-a-ma-jig with this set.  The one thing you need to remember when using Photopolymer Stamps is that you need something soft under the paper.  I use my Stampin Pierce Mat for this purpose.  It works great.

Stampin Up! now has four sets of Photopolymer Stamps that are available to purchase.  This card uses two sets.  One is the original set called Designer Typeset which has all the letters of the alphabet so you can stamp out any word you wish.  The second set I used is Show & Tell 1 which has a lot of banners and arrows.  The best things about these stamps is that they are very easy to place so you can stamp exactly where you want to without using a Stamp-a-ma-jig.

Two New Photopolymer Stamp Sets & Online Class

What makes them so great?

  • They’re entirely transparent for perfect placement every time!
  • They are durable. The photopolymer material is designed to last.
  • Can you say sticky? (Don’t worry; in a good way.) These stamps stick amazingly well to our clear blocks.
  • They’re age tested. They won’t yellow or cloud up over time.
  • I could go on, but I’ll let you try them for yourself.

They are clearly a great choice.

Designer Typeset Photopolymer Stamps

Yesterday I showed you a card made with the new Stampin Up Photopolymer Stamp Set called Designer Typeset.  Here is another card I made using the Designer Series Paper called Sycamore Street which is in the Sale-a-bration catalog.  You can still get this paper for FREE with a order of $50 until March 22nd!

Stampin Up just came out with their first clear Photopolymer stamp set called Designer Typeset.  To be totally honest, this caused quite a stir with Stampin Up demonstrators!  In the past, most all clear stamps just did not stamp and well as Stampin Up rubber stamps.  I even had a few before I became a demonstrator and I was never truly happy with any of them.  You just didn’t get a clear, crisp image and they yellowed over time.

After doing a lot of research, Stampin Up has come up with a set of their own.  It is made with a high quality material that will not yellow over time.  Being the skeptical person I am, I decided I would try these new stamps but I know I would never like them!  Well I have news for you!  I do like them!  They are very sticky and do not fall off the clear block.  They stamp a very clear image and you can see where you are stamping so there is no need for a Stamp-a-ma-jig.  My favorite part of them is the letters.  You can now stamp any words you want!  I really love that part!

Here is my first card I made with these new stamps.  It is a very very very simple card because I was more about playing with the stamps then worrying about designing something.  Tomorrow you will see another card made with these Photopolymer Stamps.

I also used the Make A Cake stamp set with this card.

Stampin Up has searched long and hard for just the right material to be able to introduce completely clear stamping. And They’ve found it. I’m excited to announce that they now have wood-mount, clear-mount AND photopolymer stamps! The new photopolymer will be an addition to their stamp line and will appeal to all types of stampers. Their top-quality photopolymer has just enough give to create a perfectly stamped image every time and with the introduction of our firm-foam pads, let’s just say they’re meant for each other! Photopolymer stamps will also be unique, fun designs that will inspire you and provide more versatile options you may not see in our traditional wood- and clear-mount stamp options.

  • They use FDA, food-safe material. How far can you stretch your stamping creativity?
  • We could go on, but we’ll let you try them for yourself.

They are clearly a great choice.

 The Fine Print

  • Photopolymer stamps will be offered on a trial basis. Based on popularity, Stampin Up hopes to release more photopolymer stamp sets over the coming months. At this time they don’t plan on offering a line of photopolymer sets as expansive as their wood-mount and clear-mount lines.
  • Not available in wood-mount or clear-mount.
  • All photopolymer will be packaged in cello bag w/insert, but don’t forget you can store them in their clear cases.
