My birthday was last Friday.  I received the most amazing cards and wonderful presents from my family and friends.  This means I need to write a few thank you notes and this card is one of the cards I made for this purpose.  By the way,  I will be showing you the amazing homemade birthday cards I received soon so be on the look out for them.

This was a very simple card to make (which is great when you have to make a few).  I stamped the sentiment using the Stitched All Around stamp set which is in the Stampin’ Up!® 2019/2020 Annual Catalog.  This stamp set has matching dies called Stitched Labels and I used one of them to cut out the sentiment.  I love how this die does a little stitching around the edge plus cuts the slots out so it is not just a plain circle.  I also used this set of dies to cut out the little Blushing Bridge stitched heart.

After I did that, I punched a piece of Garden Green cardstock using the Story Label Punch and layered it behind the other cutouts.  The Designer Series Paper is paper is called Garden Lane. I won this package of paper at OnStage back in April.  It is beautiful paper using a lot of the greens in our collection.
