Friend Like You is a new stamp set that is in the Stampin’ Up!® 2019/2020 Annual Catalog.  It has matching dies called Friendly Silhouettes and you can save 10% by purchasing them in a Bundle.  It is a fun stamp set with sentiments, silhouettes, palm trees and dragonflies.  The die set has three large silhouette dies.

The colors I used in this card are Sea Foam Green, Granny Apple Green and Pacific Point.  The sentiment is from the stamp set called A Wish For Everything and the matching dies called Well Wishes.

I have a crazy adventure to tell you about.  Rob has been looking at trucks for a few weeks.  Right now he drives a company car so he didn’t really have a vehicle of his own.  He decided a truck would be best so it could pull the boats and use it for other things that can only be done with a truck.  He found out if you buy a truck from this dealer in Maryland you could save a ton of money as compared to the dealers up here.  He found the one he wanted, got a great price for it and decided to go ahead and purchase it.  The only bad thing is Maryland is 7 hours from us.

On the morning he wanted to go, he made me get up at 3:45 AM to get a 5:00 flight out of Watertown to fly to Baltimore.  We had to stop in Philadelphia for a layover but we were in Maryland by 10:00 AM.  The dealership picked us up at the airport, did our paperwork and we left around 12:30 for the long drive home.  Only crazy people would do this.  My husband is one of these crazy people!

Anyway, Rob got his new truck and he loves it.  Even I think it is very nice for a truck!

I wonder if he will ever let me drive it!
